This short form collects the extra context an AI needs to draft a personalised letter you can send to the creditors. Everything is optional. Nothing leaves your phone until you tap “Send to Munim” at the end.

Everything you type is stored on this phone only, encrypted with your passphrase (AES-GCM 256-bit). If you close the browser and come back later, you enter the passphrase again and your progress resumes. If someone else picks up your phone, they cannot read your answers without the passphrase. If you forget it, call me — I’ll tell you again. No one else can recover it.
Test it yourself. Once this page has loaded, turn off Wi-Fi and cellular data on your phone (airplane mode). The form still works completely while you fill it in — because nothing needs the internet until the very end.
When you’re done and tap “Send to Munim”, your answers get sealed into a password-protected, encrypted file on your phone first, and only that sealed file is uploaded. I fetch it using a short code and a password that you send me by text. No one at the hosting company or anywhere else can read what you typed.
